Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in original sealed condition
Products must be returned in the same condition as received
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened booster packs, boxes, or collections
Any item with broken seals or signs of tampering
Digital products or downloadable content
Clearance or final sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing
